Shipping

Items will normally by shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed although may take up to 3 working days. The default delivery methods to addresses within the UK is Royal Mail for small items and Hermes for packages.
Hermes next day courier service is available as an option on all orders to UK delivery addresses and orders will be despatched the same day if the order is placed by mid-day.

Delivery to international addresses can take considerably longer and will vary from country to country. Please allow up to 14 days.

Returns

Items may be returned up to 14 days after you take delivery of them. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Items returned due to an error by THE4POINTS will receive a full refurd.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned due to customer error.
• THE4POINTS reserves the right to refuse the refund for items returned damaged.
